If you spend an amount of 69.00 euros or more, you do not pay any shipping costs to Belgium or the Netherlands.
Mies & Co baby lifestyle cannot be held responsible for damage, theft or loss of goods during shipment via PostNl. We do everything we can to package the goods as well and as safely as possible
The consumer has the right to inform the seller that he renounces his purchase, without the payment of a fine and without giving any reason within 14 calendar days from the day after delivery.
The buyer must return the product to the seller in its original state, unused, undamaged with all original labels and in original packaging within 14 calendar days.
The seller will repay the purchase price of the product (excluding shipping costs) to the bank account number that was used by the buyer to pay for the products within 30 days after receiving the product.
In case of an incorrect return in accordance with the foregoing, the seller will not be obliged to pay any amount and the product remains the property of the buyer. The buyer can pick up the product within 14 days. In request of the buyer, the product could be returned by post to the buyer at his own expense.
The risk of the return of the product as well as the cost of the return are all borne by the buyer.

Therefore, we offer you the following: a 14 days reflection period after receipt of your product. When you exchange, we send the new product for free.
Items purchased via the webshop of Mies & Co baby lifestyle can be exchanged within a period of 14 days, one day after delivery conditioned that the product is unused, undamaged and has all original labels. Worn, dirty, smoked, washed, damaged or repaired goods can not be returned.
We also ask you to inform us within 5 working days that you want to exchange the product.
The costs and risk for returning the products are all for the buyer.
