Do the colors look the same in reality?

We do our very best to ensure all our photos are as accurate as possible. However, it can always happen that the colors look slightly different. This can be due to the light but also due to the screen settings of your laptop, phone or tablet.

Where do the products come from?

All our products are designed in the Netherlands and produced in Europe. In this way, we ensure that the products are made under good conditions and produced with the best materials.

How can I pay and how do you ensure my payment is safe?

You can safely pay via iDeal.

Discount code

When you have a discount code, you can shop as you always do. At the checkout, there will be a framework where you can enter de code. This will be automatically deducted from the amount to be paid. Please notice that you can only use one discount code at a time.

My discount code does not work.

Some smartphones fail to enter a discount code. You can try a laptop or desktop computer. Please remember you can only use one discount code per order. If you still experience difficulties, please mail us at info@miesneco.nl.

Out of stock?

If a product is no longer in stock and you would like to order it, please send us an e-mail (info@miesenco.nl) or Facebook message. In this way, we can tell you more about the expected delivery time of that specific product.
